FIPU offers ECTS-aligned university education across three distinct pillars:

Undergraduate: B.Sc. in Informatics (180 ECTS)
Graduate: M.Sc. in Informatics or Informatics Education (120 ECTS)
Online Tracks: Specialized distance learning for both study levels.
Exchange: Dedicated modules for Erasmus+ and visiting students.

The SISY 2026 symposium will be held from September 23–25, 2026, in Pula, Croatia. This prestigious IEEE event brings together researchers and practitioners in the field of intelligent systems and robotics.

AI Leadership & Innovation

From Local Impact to European Leadership

The Faculty of Informatics is strengthening its role as an AI actor through strategic initiatives at both local and international levels. In 2024, the University established the Center for Artificial Intelligence Application in collaboration with CARNET, creating a hub for applied research, education, and student-led AI startups. In 2026, the University became a founding member of the Central European Artificial Intelligence Hub (CE AI Hub), a strategic alliance focused on joint research, standardization, and innovation in AI. Together, these initiatives position Pula within the emerging European AI ecosystem.
