DESCRIPTION:

Business Process Management (BPM) is a methodology for designing, executing, monitoring and optimizing business processes. The aim of the course is to acquire competencies for business process management, design of business process models, development of executive business processes and application of methods for business process analysis using modern software tools and frameworks.
